If you play golf, then you want to be the best golfer that you can be!

You can invest vast amounts of time & money in the latest clubs, equipment,
videos, books, and lessons. However you still will not become the best golfer you can be…
if the most important component of golf, your body, is in pain, restricted, weak, or out of balance.

This revolutionary fitness-training program is designed specifically to help you play better golf. Our focus is on your individual physical characteristics such as your stance, address posture, bend, movement, swing, weight shift, and follow through as they relate to golf.

An individualized Golf Enhancement Program includes:

  • Physical Evaluation
  • Assessment and Consultation
  • Releasing (stretching) Program
  • Stabilization (strengthening) Program
  • Follow-up Sessions

Physical Evaluation

A comprehensive physical evaluation is performed by a licensed Physical Therapist trained in Human Kinesiology, Biomechanics, and Body Balancing, as it relates specifically to the golf swing.

Tests performed during the evaluation include measurements of

  • Posture
  • Flexibility
  • Balance
  • Strength
  • Trunk & Shoulder Stability
  • Conditioning Levels

Individualized

A customized and golf specific physical training program is then designed to enhance your ability to play golf. This includes instruction to enhance your posture, strength, balance, flexibility, joint mobility, coordination, control, power and endurance. Benefits include improving the physical characteristics necessary to swing a golf club and achieving maximum distance, accuracy, control, scoring, potential, and safety.

As a result, you improve your overall physical conditioning, enhance your golf performance, avoid injuries, and continue to play your best golf - for life!
